Getting StartedConfigure Services

Configure Services

Your service catalog is what clients see when booking. Setting it up properly helps clients choose the right service and ensures appointments are scheduled with the correct duration.

Adding Services

Create Your First Service

  1. Go to Catalog in the main navigation
  2. Click Add Service
  3. Fill in the service details:
    • Name - Service name (e.g., “Haircut”, “Massage 60min”)
    • Description - Brief description shown to clients
    • Duration - How long the service takes (important for scheduling)
    • Price - Service price
    • Category - Optional grouping (e.g., “Hair”, “Nails”)

Service Duration

Duration is crucial for proper scheduling:

  • The system uses duration to calculate available time slots
  • Clients can only book when you have enough consecutive available time
  • Consider adding buffer time if needed between appointments

Pricing Options

  • Show price in chat - Toggle whether the AI chatbot mentions prices
  • Price display - Can be hidden from the booking page if needed

Organizing Services

Categories

Group related services for easier navigation:

  1. Create categories like “Hair Services”, “Treatments”, “Packages”
  2. Assign each service to a category
  3. Categories appear as sections on your booking page

Drag & Drop Ordering

Reorder services to control how they appear:

  1. Go to Catalog
  2. Drag services up or down to change their order
  3. Changes are saved automatically

Service Images

Add images to make your catalog more appealing:

  1. Click on a service to edit it
  2. Click Add Image
  3. Upload your own image or use AI generation
  4. AI can generate professional images based on service name

Active vs Inactive Services

Control which services are available for booking:

  • Active - Visible and bookable by clients
  • Inactive - Hidden from clients but saved in your catalog

Use inactive status for:

  • Seasonal services
  • Services you’re not currently offering
  • Placeholder services for future launch

Tips for a Great Catalog

  1. Clear names - Use descriptive names clients understand
  2. Accurate durations - Be realistic to avoid scheduling conflicts
  3. Detailed descriptions - Help clients choose the right service
  4. Professional images - Visual appeal increases bookings

Next Steps

With your services configured, proceed to Set Availability to define when clients can book.
