First Setup

After registration, you’ll need to configure your business profile. This information helps clients understand your services and allows Slotix to personalize your experience.

Business Profile

Basic Information

1. Navigate to Settings > Profile
2. Fill in your business details:
   • Business Name - The name clients will see
   • Description - A brief description of your services
   • Phone Number - Contact number for clients
   • Address - Your business location (optional)

Profile Photo

Add a professional photo or logo:

1. Click on the profile image placeholder
2. Upload an image (recommended: 400x400 pixels)
3. Crop and adjust as needed

Language & Region

Set Your Language

Slotix supports multiple languages:

1. Go to Settings > Preferences
2. Select your preferred Language from the dropdown
3. Available: English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese

Currency Settings

Set your currency for pricing:

1. In Settings > Preferences
2. Select your Currency
3. This affects how prices are displayed in your catalog and invoices

Appearance

Theme

Choose between light and dark mode:

1. Click the theme toggle in the top navigation
2. Or go to Settings > Preferences > Theme

Accent Color

Personalize your dashboard:

1. Go to Settings > Preferences
2. Select an Accent Color
3. This color is used throughout your interface

Booking Page

Your personal booking page is automatically created. Customize it:

1. Go to Settings > Booking Page
2. Your unique URL: app.slotix.ai/book/your-username
3. Customize:
   • Welcome message
   • Additional information for clients
   • Terms and conditions (optional)
