VIP Exclusive Slots

Reserve special time slots exclusively for your VIP clients. These slots are visible only to the assigned client and hidden from everyone else.

How It Works

Visibility Rules

Client Identification

Clients are identified automatically through:

• Telegram ID - When booking via Telegram bot
• WhatsApp ID - When booking via WhatsApp
• Booking page login - When logged in on your booking page

Creating Exclusive Slots

From Client Profile

1. Go to Clients and select the VIP client
2. Click Add Exclusive Slot
3. Configure the slot settings

Slot Types

Recurring (Weekly)

Repeats every week on the same day:

• Select the day of the week
• Set start and end times
• Slot automatically appears every week

Example: Every Monday from 11:00 to 13:00

One-time

Available only on a specific date:

• Select the specific date
• Set start and end times
• Slot appears only on that date

Example: December 15, 2024 from 14:00 to 16:00

When creating a slot, you can set:

Managing Exclusive Slots

View All Exclusive Slots

1. Go to Settings > Availability > Exclusive Slots
2. See all configured exclusive slots
3. Filter by client or status

Edit an Exclusive Slot

1. Click on the slot to open details
2. Modify settings as needed
3. Save changes

Delete an Exclusive Slot

1. Open the slot details
2. Click Delete
3. Confirm deletion

Activate/Deactivate

You can temporarily disable exclusive slots without deleting them:

1. Toggle the Active switch off
2. The slot remains saved but invisible to the client
3. Toggle back on when ready to reactivate

Client Experience

What VIP Clients See

When a VIP client views your availability:

1. Regular available slots appear normally
2. Their exclusive slots appear with a special indicator
3. The indicator shows “Reserved for You” or similar
4. They can book the exclusive slot like any other

Booking Process

The booking process is identical to regular slots:

1. Client selects the exclusive time slot
2. Chooses a service
3. Confirms the booking
4. Receives confirmation

Tips for Using Exclusive Slots

1. Communicate with clients - Let VIP clients know about their reserved times
2. Don’t over-reserve - Balance VIP slots with regular availability
3. Use for high-value clients - Reserve for clients who bring significant business
4. Consider recurring for regulars - Weekly slots work well for ongoing clients
5. Review periodically - Remove slots for inactive VIP clients
