How to Purchase a Subscription

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Step 2: Complete Payment

After choosing your plan, you will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment details. Slotix accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

A valid payment method is required to start the free trial. You will not be charged until the 30-day trial period ends.

Step 3: Access the Application

Once your subscription is active, go to https://app.slotix.ai  and log in with the account credentials you created during checkout.

Free Trial

Every new subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. During the trial:

  • You get full access to all features included in your chosen plan.
  • A payment method is required at signup but you will not be charged during the trial period.
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
  • After 30 days, your subscription will automatically begin billing at the plan rate.

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly (every 30 days from your subscription start date)
  • Payment Method: Credit card or debit card via Stripe
  • Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks supported by Stripe

Managing Your Subscription

Accessing Your Account

Log in to your account at https://www.slotix.ai/my-account/  to manage your subscription, billing, and account details.

Viewing Your Subscription

Navigate to https://www.slotix.ai/my-account/subscriptions/  to see:

  • Your current plan and its status (active, trial, cancelled, etc.)
  • The next billing/renewal date
  • Subscription start date
  • Links to change plan or cancel

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  1. Go to https://www.slotix.ai/my-account/subscriptions/ 
  2. Click Change Plan next to your active subscription
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review the prorated charges or credits
  5. Confirm the change

When upgrading, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. When downgrading, you receive a prorated credit applied to your next billing cycle.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to https://www.slotix.ai/my-account/subscriptions/ 
  2. Click Cancel next to the subscription you want to end
  3. Confirm the cancellation

After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

The Slotix app is accessible at https://app.slotix.ai . Simply log in with your registered email and password.

First-Time Setup

After subscribing and logging in for the first time:

  1. Complete your business profile setup
  2. Configure your availability and working hours
  3. Set up your services and pricing
  4. Connect your Telegram bot (if included in your plan)
  5. Start adding clients and scheduling appointments

Telegram Bot

All plans include Telegram bot integration. Once configured in the app, your clients can book appointments directly through Telegram.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account page. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Your subscription will automatically start billing at your plan’s monthly rate. You will be charged using the payment method provided at signup.

Can I cancel during the free trial?

Yes. If you cancel before the 30-day trial ends, you will not be charged. Your access will remain active until the trial period expires.

What payment methods are accepted?

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, your subscription will be placed on hold. You will receive a notification to update your payment method. Once updated, your subscription resumes automatically.
