Configure your business profile that clients see.

Accessing Profile Settings

Go to Settings from the sidebar, then select the Profile tab.

Profile Information

Profile Photo

Add a professional photo or logo:

  1. Click on the profile image area
  2. Upload an image (PNG, JPG, or WebP, max 2MB)
  3. The photo appears on your booking page and in communications

Full Name

Your name as it appears to clients.

Email

Your account email address. Note: Email cannot be changed after registration.

Business/Studio Name

Your business name appears:

  • On your booking page
  • In appointment confirmations
  • In reminder messages
  • In the chatbot conversations

Phone

Your contact phone number for client inquiries.

Personal Telegram Username

Your Telegram username (e.g., @username) for direct messaging.

Business Details

Address

Your business location address. This helps clients find you and appears on your booking page.

Booking Page

Your booking page URL allows clients to book appointments directly. Share this link on social media, in emails, or on your website.

Language & Region

These settings are available in the Language tab:

Interface Language

Choose your preferred language for the Slotix interface.

Currency

Set the currency for displaying prices.

Timezone

Your timezone for accurate appointment scheduling.

Tips

  1. Use a professional photo that represents your brand
  2. Keep your business name consistent across all platforms
  3. Ensure your phone number is correct for client inquiries
  4. Add your Telegram username to enable direct messaging
